Azure Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Azure cloud solutions aligned with security, scalability, and cost-optimization best practices
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for development and DevOps teams
• Drive cloud-native and microservices-based architectures using services such as AKS, Azure Functions, and App Services
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM Templates, Bicep, or Terraform
• Manage Azure security, governance, and identity through Azure AD, Network Security, and Azure Policy
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, translating business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

• 7+ years of overall IT experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Proven experience in a Technical Lead or Solution Lead role
• Deep expertise in Azure services including Compute, Storage, Networking, and Security
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture patterns and microservices
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
