Azure Infrastructure & Hardware Engineering Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and secure enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and product-based environments.
• Administer Microsoft Azure services, including VM load balancing, scale sets, and Kubernetes deployments.
• Manage organizational IT services, including Office 365, SharePoint, VPN configuration, and network/firewall security.
• Provide technical support for product hardware platforms, peripheral devices, and operating systems.
• Oversee cloud solutions support, including capacity planning, HADR deployment, and licensing compliance.
• Act as a technical liaison for customer deployments, conducting security assessments and technical presentations.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement for development and product-testing tools.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in networking concepts such as DNS, NAT, and TCP/IP.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and data center technologies.
• Strong understanding of Disaster Recovery, Backup, Snapshot, and Restoration concepts.
• Experience with networking security concepts and firewall management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure Fundamentals certification.
• Azure Solutions Architect certification.
• Azure Security Engineer Associate certification.
