About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and secure enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and product-based environments.
- Administer Microsoft Azure services, including VM load balancing, scale sets, and Kubernetes deployments.
- Manage organizational IT services, including Office 365, SharePoint, VPN configuration, and network/firewall security.
- Provide technical support for product hardware platforms, peripheral devices, and operating systems.
- Oversee cloud solutions support, including capacity planning, HADR deployment, and licensing compliance.
- Act as a technical liaison for customer deployments, conducting security assessments and technical presentations.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement for development and product-testing tools.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in networking concepts such as DNS, NAT, and TCP/IP.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and data center technologies.
- Strong understanding of Disaster Recovery, Backup, Snapshot, and Restoration concepts.
- Experience with networking security concepts and firewall management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Azure Fundamentals certification.
- Azure Solutions Architect certification.
- Azure Security Engineer Associate certification.
