Azure DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage GitLab servers, including installation, upgrades, and repository governance.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
• Configure and maintain Jenkins master/agent architectures and manage plugins and integrations.
• Install and administer Nexus Repository Manager for artifact storage and distribution.
• Manage Jira on-premises and Jira Cloud instances, including workflows and integrations.
• Set up and maintain SonarQube for static code analysis and quality gate enforcement.
• Configure and manage Azure DevOps services including Boards, Repos, Pipelines, and Artifacts.
• Deploy and maintain Elasticsearch clusters, including performance tuning and monitoring.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices using Terraform or Ansible.
• Perform server administration tasks such as OS hardening, patch management, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Linux server administration (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) and shell scripting.
• Proficiency in Windows Server administration, including IIS and PowerShell.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and automation.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deep knowledge of GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, Jira, SonarQube, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience managing Elasticsearch clusters and index lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in network fundamentals including DNS, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, and firewalls.
• Ability to join within a 2-week to 1-month timeframe.
