Azure Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and provide strategic input from a data perspective
• Build simple to complex data pipelines and dataflows using Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Implement security and authorization frameworks within data modules
• Develop visualization and traditional reporting solutions using Power BI
• Analyze complex data flows and ensure data integrity throughout the pipeline
• Adapt to evolving project processes and functional changes

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Data Engineering or Software Development
• Expert knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Power BI
• Advanced knowledge of Azure SQL DB, Synapse Analytics, and Logic Apps
• Strong expertise in data modeling, database design, and SQL Server best practices
• Experience implementing security measures such as Row-Level Security (RLS) in Power BI
• Knowledge of Azure Data Lake, SQL Databases, and Stream Analytics
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
