About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for incidents and support requests
- Triage, diagnose, resolve, or escalate issues across the OSDU platform
- Monitor platform health and respond to alerts
- Document issues, resolutions, and known workarounds
- Support a distributed offshore team
Requirements
- Microservices architecture understanding
- Authentication and authorization concepts
- Python scripting for diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Developer background or hands-on coding exposure
- Experience with logging, observability, or API troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the OSDU data platform
- Exposure to Azure Monitor or Log Analytics
- Understanding of cloud platforms, ideally Azure
- Knowledge of the energy or subsurface domain
