About the role
Responsibilities
- Operating an AZ class roll off truck to transport metal materials to and from designated locations
- Safely loading and unloading metal materials using appropriate equipment
- Securing loads to prevent shifting or damage during transit
- Performing manual tarping if necessary
- Conducting routine pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections
- Completing accurate records of deliveries and required documentation
Requirements
- Valid AZ driver's license
- Clean CVOR and Drivers Abstract
- Experience driving 18 speed manual transmission
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AZ Driver
- Physical stamina for loading and unloading activities
- Fluency in both French and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a roll off truck
- Familiarity with metal recycling processes and materials
