AZ Driver

Responsibilities

• Operating an AZ-class Lugger Truck to transport metal materials
• Safely loading and unloading metal materials using appropriate equipment
• Securing loads to prevent shifting or damage during transit
• Performing manual tarping if necessary
• Conducting routine pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections
• Completing accurate delivery records and required documentation

Requirements

• Valid AZ driver's license
• Clean CVOR and Drivers Abstract
• Experience driving 18 speed manual transmission
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an AZ Driver
• Physical fitness to handle tarping 40 and 53yd bins
• Ability to perform loading and unloading activities

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with metal recycling processes and materials

Benefits

• $33.25 to $36/hour after training
• Potential to earn over $100,000 annually
• Annual AIM tuition scholarship program up to $8,500 per eligible dependent
• Full time permanent position, vacation, benefits and a RRSP matching program
• Overtime after 44 hours
