About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Universal Delivery Driver in the fulfillment of all daily duties and functions
- Maintain close commercial relationships with customers through excellent service and attention
- Communicate any situations affecting customer service to the immediate supervisor promptly
Requirements
- Minimum of Secundaria education (High School preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in sales
- Basic knowledge of sales models (RTM) and customer activations
- Basic knowledge of credit and collections processes
- Basic knowledge of total product handling (TPM) and manufacturing habits (BHM)
