Responsibilities

• Provide operational, commercial, and administrative support within the store to ensure smooth point-of-sale operations.
• Assist the Branch Manager with key activities including sales, inventory management, and product replenishment.
• Ensure product availability and maintain store order and cleanliness.
• Deliver excellent customer service to all visitors.
• Perform physical tasks including loading, unloading, and organizing merchandise.
• Prepare orders and support delivery processes.

Requirements

• Completed high school education (Bachillerato concluido).
• 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse organization.
• Physical ability to perform loading, unloading, and product arrangement tasks.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Chamizal, Cuajimalpa (CDMX).
