Ayudante de Reparto

Responsibilities

• Execute the product delivery process for Grupo Peñafiel following established policies and procedures
• Support the Driver throughout the entire route, including load counting and vehicle inspections
• Ensure safe loading during the route to prevent breakage or loss of product
• Assist in the collection of payments from customers during deliveries
• Support the sale of rejected cases during the route
• Organize return materials (containers, pallets, wrap, and cardboard separators) within the delivery unit
• Perform cleaning of the vehicle cabin and pallets
• Assist in the 100% liquidation of the route and support vehicle maneuvering

Requirements

• Completed secondary education (Secundaria terminada)
• 1 year of experience in similar delivery or warehouse roles
• Proficiency in using iPads, printers, and RADE machines
• Experience handling 4 to 8-ton delivery units
• Ability to operate hand trucks (diablos) and pallet jacks
• Strong knowledge of the local city and traffic regulations
• Experience serving various customer types (wholesalers, retail, and on-premise)
