Ayudante de Mantenimiento

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and equipment
• Perform periodic inspections to detect infrastructure failures or risks
• Collaborate on the repair of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing equipment
• Maintain order and cleanliness in all maintenance-related work areas
• Report any detected anomalies or damages promptly to the supervisor
• Comply with all company safety standards and established procedures
• Assist in the management and control of maintenance materials and tools
• Participate in safety and maintenance training sessions

Requirements

• Completed secondary school or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in general maintenance
• Basic knowledge in electricity, plumbing, and mechanics
• Ability to use manual and electric tools
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards
• Experience working in retail or store environments
• Basic welding skills
• Knowledge of air conditioning systems
• Ability to work in a team and under supervision
