Ayudante de Mantenimiento

Responsibilities

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment
• Perform periodic inspections to detect failures or wear in facilities
• Collaborate on the repair of energy and security systems
• Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas and tool warehouses
• Report any detected anomalies or damage in the facilities promptly
• Assist in the installation and assembly of new equipment and systems
• Comply with established safety standards and procedures
• Document all completed activities in maintenance reports

Requirements

• Completed secondary school or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance, preferably in retail
• Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and drywall (Tablaroca)
• Ability to perform manual tasks and moderate weight lifting
• Availability to work on-site from Monday to Saturday
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
• Commitment to occupational health and safety standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with electronic security systems
• Training in the use of power tools
• Basic software skills for maintenance logging
• Valid driver's license
