Ayudante de Mantenimiento

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities
• Perform periodic inspections to detect failures or repair needs
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve technical incidents
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and tools
• Report any detected anomalies or defects promptly
• Assist in the installation and assembly of equipment and systems
• Comply with established safety and hygiene standards
• Record all completed activities in the corresponding formats

Requirements

• Completed secondary school (Secundaria terminada) or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in general maintenance
• Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and mechanics
• Proficiency in handling manual and electric tools
• Experience in retail or store maintenance
• Knowledge of HVAC/climatization systems
• Ability to work in a team and under supervision
• Availability to work on-site and in rotating shifts
• Ability to identify and solve technical problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance course or certification
• Basic software skills for activity logging
