Ayudante de Mantenimiento

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and equipment
• Support the identification and reporting of faults or defects
• Collaborate with the maintenance team on various projects and repairs
• Maintain order and cleanliness in all work areas
• Assist in the management and control of tools and materials
• Comply with all established safety and hygiene standards
• Report progress and results to the maintenance supervisor

Requirements

• Completed secondary school or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in general maintenance
• Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and carpentry
• Physical condition suitable for manual labor
• Availability to work on rotating shifts
• Ability to work in a team and follow technical instructions
• Experience in retail or convenience stores is a plus
