About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on refrigeration equipment, including changing compressors, piping, and cold room accessories
- Execute repairs and replacements for hydraulic systems and plumbing, such as unclogging drains
- Conduct preventive maintenance on refrigeration units to ensure operational efficiency
- Perform low-voltage electrical work and general repairs such as tile replacement
- Assist with facility upkeep including waterproofing and placing banners/tarps
Requirements
- Completed primary education (Primaria concluida)
- Basic knowledge of refrigeration systems
- Availability to work various shifts and travel between different store locations
- Proactive attitude with a strong service orientation
- Ability to work autonomously to keep stores operational
- Preference for candidates living in Cuajimalpa, AO, or Huixquilucan
