Ayudante de Mantenimiento

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and equipment
• Perform periodic inspections to detect infrastructure failures or risks
• Collaborate in the repair of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing equipment
• Maintain order and cleanliness in maintenance-related work areas
• Promptly report any detected anomalies or damages to the supervisor
• Comply with established company safety standards and procedures
• Assist in the management and control of maintenance materials and tools
• Participate in safety and maintenance training sessions

Requirements

• Completed secondary education or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in general maintenance
• Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and mechanics
• Ability to handle manual and electric tools
• Knowledge of basic industrial safety standards
• Ability to work in a team and under supervision
• Availability to work onsite
