Ayudante de Mantenimiento

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities
• Perform basic inspections to detect faults or anomalies
• Collaborate in the cleaning and organization of work areas
• Transport necessary tools and materials for maintenance tasks
• Report any detected incidents or defects promptly
• Assist in the installation and assembly of equipment under supervision
• Comply with established safety and hygiene standards
• Maintain updated records of all completed activities

Requirements

• Completed secondary school or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in general maintenance
• Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and mechanics
• Experience using power tools
• Physical fitness for manual labor
• Ability to work in a team and follow technical instructions
• Experience in retail or similar industrial maintenance is a plus
