Responsibilities

• Perform reception of finished, frozen, IQF, and refrigerated products, ensuring correct weight, quantity, temperature, and traceability.
• Execute vehicle loading processes considering total units, weight, and scheduled departure times.
• Control inventory of finished and semi-finished products to ensure accuracy within the SAP system.
• Manage dispatch procedures including picking, order preparation, weight entry, and scale confirmation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the workspace.
• Support vehicle maneuvering for dock entry.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM) and Food Safety/Quality (FSQR) policies.
• Adhere to all safety policies, including equipment lockout/tagout and road safety regulations.

Requirements

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, and twisting.
• Ability to lift between 12.5kg and 25kg.
• Ability to work in cold environments (down to -18°C).
• Completed primary school education or higher.
• Fluent in Spanish (reading and writing).
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in environments with noise, dust, or chemicals while using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a production or plant environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of inventory systems or manual inventory processes.
