Responsibilities

• Support the driver in the loading and unloading of merchandise at the Distribution Center (Cedis) and delivery points.
• Organize products within the transport unit following the route order to optimize delivery times and prevent damage.
• Provide professional customer service during product delivery and address basic inquiries.
• Assist with document management, including collecting signatures, stamps, and handling cash or payments if required.
• Aid the driver during vehicle maneuvers and assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the unit.
• Manage and record returned or rejected merchandise to ensure it returns to the warehouse intact.

Requirements

• Experience in loading and unloading goods.
• Ability to organize and arrange merchandise efficiently.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience handling documentation and basic administrative tasks.
• Ability to assist in vehicle maneuvers and support general logistics.
