AX Program Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan and operate monthly AX Hackathons
• Manage hackathon schedules, participant recruitment, and inquiries
• Create operational materials including themes, evaluation criteria, and award details
• Manage on-site and online event operations and participant experience
• Organize and report hackathon results, feedback, and performance data
• Interview successful participants and create internal content/articles
• Research latest AI trends to reflect in program themes
• Design and improve programs to enhance AX literacy

Requirements

• Experience operating hackathons, workshops, or corporate programs
• Ability to manage end-to-end operational processes meticulously
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in writing clear documentation, guides, and reports
• Ability to discover and curate success stories into content
• High interest in Generative AI and AI-driven business innovation
• Proactive use of AI tools in daily work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating tech-based programs like ideathons or technical seminars
• Experience writing articles or reports on AI, software, or data topics
• Background as a Tech Evangelist, Technical Content Editor, or Community Manager
• Experience planning and publishing newsletters or case studies
• Experience deriving insights from operational data
• Interest in the gaming, content, or IT industries
