AX Manager (AI Experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end automation (AX) projects from conception through implementation
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational optimization using technology
• Develop and implement AI-based solutions, including bots, voice AI, and digital workflows
• Collaborate with local and global teams (LATAM and HQ) to drive digital transformation
• Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and strategic deliverables
• Prepare executive-level presentations for C-suite stakeholders with actionable insights
• Monitor KPIs to ensure efficiency goals and customer experience targets are met
• Promote a culture of innovation and digital transformation throughout the organization

Requirements

• Fluent English for constant interaction with global teams
• Advanced experience in project management using agile or traditional methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in PowerPoint for executive presentations
• Practical experience with Artificial Intelligence tools (automation, chatbots, advanced analytics, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal and executive communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Experience (CX) or Contact Center projects
• Knowledge of process automation technologies such as RPA, BPM, or digital platforms
• Experience working in multinational environments or managing regional (LATAM) projects
• Analytical profile with a strong orientation toward data and results
