AWS Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain secure AWS cloud infrastructure and on-premises environments
• Develop and maintain complex software systems comprising distributed microservices and event-driven workflows
• Configure and manage Kubernetes clusters and monitor system performance and scalability
• Engineer automated deployment solutions and software configurations to increase application reliability
• Participate in technical design sessions and collaborate within Agile scrum cycles
• Evaluate and revise solutions for data redundancy, backup, and process automation

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Lambda, and Python
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Kibana, and SIEM
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• U.S. Citizenship
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Developer and/or AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Experience supporting government-managed services cloud environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
