AWS Cloud Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AWS infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• Provision and manage core AWS services including S3, CloudTrail, and IAM
• Build and manage AWS networking components such as VPCs, subnets, Transit Gateway, and CloudWAN
• Configure Route 53, AWS Cloud Map, and IPAM pools
• Implement security and compliance controls using AWS Config, Security Hub, and Control Tower
• Develop reusable Terraform modules and maintain state management best practices
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and connectivity issues across multi-account environments

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of hands-on AWS experience
• Strong expertise in Terraform, including writing reusable modules and managing remote state
• Deep understanding of AWS Networking (VPC design, routing, segmentation, and private connectivity)
• Strong knowledge of AWS Security (IAM roles, policies, SCPs, and CloudTrail)
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification (minimum requirement)
• Experience with AWS Config, Security Hub, and VPC sharing (RAM)

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty
• AWS Certified Security Specialty or HashiCorp Terraform Associate certification
• Experience in highly regulated environments such as banking or enterprise compliance
• Familiarity with AWS Control Tower governance and CloudWAN architecture
• Experience integrating Terraform into CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of OIDC and identity federation patterns
