AWS Cloud Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications and infrastructure within AWS environments
• Migrate existing applications to the cloud and build new cloud-native solutions
• Create and maintain applications using various programming languages and integrate diverse data sources
• Design and implement cloud-native software to solve complex business problems
• Establish development environments and continuous integration pipelines using modern application patterns
• Translate user needs into technical specifications and documentation
• Maintain cloud-based platforms, infrastructure, and workflows following best practices and cloud architecture
• Apply risk management frameworks to ensure all technical executions align with bank security and policy standards

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in cloud development or a related field
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in cloud computing, cloud solutions, and cloud storage
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Experience with scripting languages and IT automation
• Proficiency in database management and configuration management
• Understanding of cloud security, SaaS, and PaaS models
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
