Awning Fabric Technician

Responsibilities

• Prepare awning fabric materials for motorized awning complete units
• Utilize various manual tools and welding machines
• Follow production goals using SunPro tablets
• Operate machines and tools in a manufacturing or industrial sewing environment
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining organization
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
• Lift heavy objects up to 55lbs independently and up to 80lbs with a team

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial sewing
• 1-2 years of experience using power and manual tools
• 1-2 years of experience operating machines
• Proficiency in using computers
• Physical capability to lift heavy objects
• Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned manufacturing environment
