AVP/VP, Platform Innovation

For over a decade, IIX has been building the infrastructure for impact, structuring innovative financial instruments, and developing digital platforms that serve impact investors, enterprises, and communities across Asia and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Translate long-term strategy into quarterly roadmaps, workplans, and measurable milestones
• Lead day-to-day operations and enhancement cycles for IIX Values™, Impact Partners™, and IIX Institute™
• Coordinate with technology and analytics teams to ensure product development stays on track
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and support the design of client solutions
• Act as the primary coordination point between IIX Fintech and Asset Management/Advisory teams
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and management of platform team members
• Maintain platform documentation, SOPs, and compliance standards

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in fintech, impact investing, digital platforms, consulting, or sustainable finance
• Demonstrated experience in platform or product management
• Working knowledge of ESG/impact measurement frameworks and financial markets
• Proficiency in data tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Tableau
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
• Strong project management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to emerging markets and cross-geography stakeholder management
• Experience leading business development and client engagement efforts
