AVP/Senior Manager (Human Capital & Talent Acquisition)

Responsibilities

• Improve the Employee Engagement Index by conceptualizing and implementing development initiatives
• Ensure seamless onboarding workflows for all new employees
• Develop and deliver the organization’s internal communication strategy and activity calendar
• Lead the development and implementation of a new engagement platform
• Administer the company-wide learning and development curriculum
• Analyze succession planning and performance management data to identify training needs
• Administer the performance appraisal system and ensure timely completion of cycles
• Measure program effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in human resource management with strategic and talent management focus
• Proven experience in Succession Planning, Career Planning, and Employee Engagement
• Proven work experience as an HR Onboarding Manager
• Experience with L&D strategies and Performance Management software
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
