AVP Technical Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve high-quality software solutions for liquidity and cash management using industry-aligned programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and ensure seamless integration with business objectives.
• Lead complex technical assignments, providing guidance to team members and participating in code reviews to promote technical excellence.
• Define integration and interfacing requirements between liquidity management systems and core banking, payments, and accounting platforms.
• Create detailed specifications for data flows, message formats, validations, and error handling.
• Implement secure coding practices and effective unit testing to ensure software reliability and data protection.
• Manage risk and strengthen controls in relation to technical delivery and governance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Liquidity and Cash Management or Payments domains.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience using Jira and Confluence for requirement capturing.
• Deep knowledge of Core Banking, Accounting, General Ledger, and FX transactions.
• Hands-on experience with integration protocols including REST/SOAP APIs and MQ middleware.
• Exposure to ISO 20022 messaging standards (PAIN, CAMT, PACS).
• Ability to analyze complex data and solve technical problems through disciplined decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Product Owner roles and responsibilities.
• Strong technical background to assist with advanced data analysis.
• Deep domain expertise in Transaction Banking.
