Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust and scalable applications using C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and MVC frameworks
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project roadmaps
• Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, ensuring best practices, code quality, and project timelines
• Architect and implement enterprise-level solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Drive team performance by setting clear goals, offering guidance, and providing performance feedback
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and optimize application performance
• Ensure adherence to software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to current processes

Requirements

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in software development and team leadership
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and MVC
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
• Experience in managing and mentoring cross-functional teams
• Expertise in database management and query optimization
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
