AVP/Sr. Associate, Portfolio Management (Credit)

Responsibilities

• Monitor European corporate debt and equity investments within the Direct Lending Group
• Provide assistance to deal teams regarding quarterly valuations, reporting, and general portfolio management
• Support potential investment restructurings using detailed Excel financial models, including cash flow and capital structure analysis
• Perform and manage mark-to-market quarter-end valuation processes
• Analyze portfolio trends, market leverage, and price development
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the SBS team, including mentoring, coaching, and succession planning
• Lead cross-functional projects and identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation

Requirements

• 10–15 years of relevant alternative investments, credit, or lending experience
• Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Creative problem-solving skills and high integrity
