AVP - Product Owner - Issuer Services

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Product Managers, including performance evaluations, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee the strategic program roadmap, product development, launch, and marketing efforts.
• Direct day-to-day product management for core products, focusing on delivery, client experience, and communication strategies.
• Execute client value propositions, including positioning, segmentation, pricing, and channel strategies.
• Develop and implement functional strategies across multiple countries or regions to ensure business integration.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive product innovation and address commoditization.
• Manage the full program life cycle, including monitoring technology trends and market demands.
• Contribute to acquisition targets, revenue performance, and expense management goals.
• Drive innovation through partnerships and alliances, managing ongoing relationships and negotiations.
• Assess risk in business decisions to safeguard the firm's reputation and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in product management or a related field.
• Functional experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adjust priorities quickly.
• Ability to work unsupervised and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
