AVP Product Management, Medical Programs

Responsibilities

• Lead ESIS medical programs by providing business expertise, project management, and product roadmap direction.
• Develop business requirements for prioritized functionality and work with SMEs to ensure delivery.
• Drive third-party vendor management and collaborate with internal/external partners to integrate program changes.
• Manage product outcomes by developing Jira tickets and maintaining Jira boards.
• Review test results and assess production files to drive enhancements, code fixes, and data quality improvements.
• Identify efficiencies and new system functionalities to reduce error counts and rejection rates in batch processes.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide Quality Assurance (QA) support for technical development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of Product Development experience.
• 5+ years of Medical Programs experience.
• 5+ years of project management or client implementation management experience (TPA environment preferred).
• Strong understanding of data integration protocols including XML, JSON, and SFTP.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Jira.
• Proven ability to manage third-party vendors and drive cross-functional outcomes.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to influence diverse audiences.
