AVP of Trading

Responsibilities

• Act as a key member of the portfolio management team, managing portfolios and acting as a liaison with clients
• Provide operational support through portfolio monitoring, trade execution, and compliance reporting
• Perform day-to-day portfolio reconciliation
• Collaborate with the trading team on the preparation and execution of trades, rebalances, and ETF baskets
• Prepare quarterly portfolio reconciliation and reports for oversight, compliance, board meetings, and regulatory filings
• Monitor and implement firm policies and procedures for compliance and portfolio management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in an ETF or trading-focused role
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks with exceptional attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a dedicated work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of VBA, Bloomberg, or Python
• Proximity to Chicago, New York, Milwaukee, Omaha, or West Palm Beach
• Basic Bloomberg command knowledge
• Experience with investment compliance guideline monitoring and updating
• Strong communication skills and a desire to improve operational workflows
