AVP Marketing Northwest Division

Responsibilities

• Assist the Division Manager in developing, implementing, and managing the marketing plan for the Northwest Division.
• Assign marketing goals to field staff territories and monitor progress toward attainment.
• Establish and maintain communication with agribusiness groups and organizations to promote crop insurance products.
• Train field personnel on product lines, new programs, and efficiency tools such as mapping and processing systems.
• Plan and oversee division advertising and promotion activities, working with suppliers to produce materials.
• Monitor field marketing and servicing costs to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Develop agency training programs for Crop-Hail, Fire, Allied Lines, and MPCI products.
• Supervise field activities related to agency and policyholder service, including premium collection.
• Participate in industry state crop committees and assume leadership roles.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree in Agricultural Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in crop insurance sales or service.
• Comprehensive knowledge of crop insurance products and underwriting rules.
• Strong understanding of the agricultural industry and regional crop production.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively, including extended periods away from home.
• Ability to effectively communicate and maintain positive business relationships with customers and personnel.
