Backed by Zerodha's Rainmatter Fintech Investment, we work with 8 of the top 10 private Life insurers in India to help policyholders maximize the value of their life insurance policies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing and prospective insurer partners
  • Implement plans to deepen existing lines of business and explore new opportunities across insurer verticals
  • Serve as the primary respondent to insurer queries and coordinate internal resolutions
  • Identify areas where insurers need support and align existing or new solutions to address them
  • Monitor key performance metrics related to insurer relationships and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with internal tech and product teams to support platform solution execution at the insurer's end
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide actionable insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; MBA preferred
  • 6 - 10 years of experience in life insurance products, services, and distribution channels
  • Experience in Key Account Management (Bancassurance), Distribution, or B2B Sales within life insurance
  • Background in Life Insurance companies, 3rd party product distribution at Banks, or leading NBFCs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence CXO-level stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
