AVP, Group Compliance Testing

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Global Compliance monitoring and testing program to evaluate the effectiveness of key compliance controls
• Create test plans and scripts for risk categories including privacy, economic sanctions, antitrust, anti-corruption, and records management
• Support compliance testing initiatives at business units and coordinate with Group-level efforts
• Document scoping, risk and control identification, control evaluation, and observations
• Analyze organizational trends and develop regular reporting regarding risk and control gaps
• Contribute to the compliance risk assessment process by identifying relevant risks and gaps

Requirements

• 8+ years of compliance testing or internal audit experience within a public financial services organization
• Experience with global operations
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the insurance or reinsurance industries
• Proficiency in compliance management, GRC, or similar software and tools
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
