About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive new enterprise customer acquisition for HRTech or Fintech solutions across mid-market and large enterprises
  • Identify, qualify, and convert enterprise opportunities through consultative selling
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with CHROs, HR Directors, and CXOs
  • Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure
  • Manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM with accurate forecasting
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
  • Track market trends and competitor offerings to strengthen product positioning

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Enterprise B2B Sales experience
  • Background in HRTech, HRMS, Recruitment Technology, Payroll, or SaaS Fintech
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing enterprise accounts
  • Strong network among CHROs and HR leadership
  • Experience handling complex enterprise sales cycles and multiple decision-makers
  • Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho)
  • Graduate, B.Tech, or MBA degree
