AVP, Data Cloud Applications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic and operational lead for the development, enhancement, and delivery of applications built from Zeta’s Data Cloud.
• Bridge client needs, product strategy, and application execution to ensure high-quality, impactful delivery.
• Oversee the application roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business objectives, client demand, and market trends.
• Partner with executive leadership in top-tier client discussions to identify application gaps and new solution opportunities.
• Lead and mentor a global Applications team, including business application leads, design teams, and front-end UI teams.
• Manage program reviews, track milestones, and proactively mitigate risks and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Support vertical-specific application strategies and incorporate market signals into roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, applications development, or data-driven platforms.
• Proven experience building or leading data, identity, martech, adtech, or SaaS platforms.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering, product, and design teams.
• Strong understanding of identity graphs, data ecosystems, and signal-based marketing technologies.
• Exceptional product strategy and roadmap management capabilities.
• Ability to operate as a hands-on "player-coach" in a fast-moving environment.
