AVP - Corporate Loans

Responsibilities

• Grow the client base of Yubi’s Enterprise Finance business through consistent outreach via LinkedIn, cold calling, and email.
• Pre-qualify potential clients based on credit rating and annual revenue exceeding INR 500 crores.
• Pitch the Yubi platform to large corporations by analyzing their capital structure and debt requirements.
• Originate high-value mandates for products including working capital, term loans, equipment loans, and factoring.
• Engage with founders, directors, and CFOs to negotiate and close term sheets.
• Drive P&L as an individual contributor by achieving revenue targets through upfront fee generation.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to maintain a strict sales cadence and track potential client status.
• Travel 2-3 days per week for business development activities.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Banks, NBFCs, or Fintechs.
• Demonstrated success in onboarding large corporate clients for commercial banking products.
• Proven ability to handle consultative discussions regarding complex debt solutions.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and business development.
