AVP, Commercial Associate, Industrials team, Commercial Bank

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Relationship Managers in managing an assigned portfolio of international Mid-Market clients within the Industrials sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Citi network and operational teams to resolve client requests and escalations.
• Assist with credit application write-ups, financial spreading, deal structuring, returns calculation, and documentation review.
• Monitor product implementation and client onboarding processes, ensuring adherence to global KYC standards.
• Collaborate with various product teams, including cash sales, trade finance, markets, and corporate finance, to deliver a "One Citi" experience.
• Prepare pitch books, meeting materials, and solutioning assessments to support new client acquisition.
• Appropriately assess risk and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of professional experience.
• Previous experience in banking, specifically within Commercial or Corporate banking.
• Proven experience in a client relationship management or client-facing role.
• Strong analytical and credit skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
• Excellent sales, presentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
