AVP - Business Process Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement, controls design, and digital transformation initiatives to support compliant and scalable credit rating operations
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Ratings & Research, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Legal to implement process improvements
• Support the design and implementation of regulatory and operational processes to ensure adherence to internal policies and external requirements
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of AI-powered solutions to enhance efficiency
• Participate in cross-functional forums to address regulatory changes and remediate identified issues
• Develop subject matter expertise in end-to-end credit rating processes and operational guidelines
• Prepare materials, recommendations, and documentation to support decision-making and track initiative progress
• Create and maintain training materials, communications, and presentations to support process adoption

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in operational controls, business process management, or business analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Highly organized with strong project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and data visualization tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of credit rating processes, regulatory frameworks, and operational controls
• Familiarity with Power BI and Agile methodologies
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and interest in exploring responsible AI practices
