About the role
Responsibilities
- Complete AVL Technician Basic Training and Summit Onboarding within 90 days of hire
- Execute installation tasks including wire pulls, terminations, basic rigging, and field installs
- Deliver top-quality results following Summit Standards and industry best practices
- Participate in project preparation, meetings, and company-wide events
- Maintain active login credentials and submit expense reports, hours, and PTO requests in a timely manner
- Assist with events, shop assembly, and custom fabrication as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work variable hours and frequent overtime
- Availability to work seven days per week (Monday through Sunday)
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and move up to 90 pounds on carts
- Ability to climb and work at heights of 6+ feet using ladders or steps
- Willingness to travel extensively (estimated 32 weeks per year)
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA-10 Certification
- Aerial Scissor, Boom, and Forklift Certifications
- Current DOT physical and Safety Certifications
