AVL Foreman

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of AVL system installation at project sites to ensure quality and adherence to project plans
• Develop installation plans, task breakdowns, and daily/weekly schedules
• Manage crew efficiency and document real-time progress to ensure projects are completed on time
• Prepare trailer pack sheets and manage inventory of Summit and client products
• Organize field wire pulls, ensuring correct labeling, dressing, and termination testing
• Own all rigging aspects of the project following safety and weight load parameters
• Enforce OSHA compliance, develop Jobsite Safety Plans, and conduct toolbox talks
• Coordinate with Project Managers, general contractors, and clients regarding technical details
• Supervise technician labor, assign daily tasks, and manage on-site behavior

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AVL system installation or a similar technical field
• Proven experience leading and organizing crews
• High School Diploma or GED
• OSHA-30 Certification
• Aerial Scissor, Boom, and Forklift Certifications
• Ability to work variable hours, including overtime and seven days per week as needed
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights of 6+ feet

Preferred Qualifications

• Current DOT physical and Safety Certifications
• Proficiency with tools and equipment commonly used in AVL installations
