AVL Foreman

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of AVL system installation at project sites to ensure completion on time and within budget
• Verify installation quality meets company standards and document work through inspection processes
• Develop comprehensive installation plans, task breakdowns, and daily/weekly schedules
• Manage crew efficiency, labor hours, and on-site technician behavior
• Prepare trailer pack sheets and organize field wire pulls according to schematics
• Own all rigging aspects of the project ensuring safety and adherence to weight load parameters
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, develop safety plans, and conduct toolbox talks
• Coordinate with Project Managers, general contractors, and clients regarding technical details

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AVL system installation or a similar technical field
• Proven experience leading and organizing crews
• High School Diploma or GED
• OSHA-30 Certification
• Aerial Scissor, Boom, and Forklift Certifications
• Ability to work variable hours, including overtime and seven days per week as needed
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights of 6+ feet

Preferred Qualifications

• Current DOT physical and Safety Certifications
• Proficiency with tools and equipment commonly used in AVL installations
