Avionics Flight Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare and define ground test procedures (mechanical, electrical, and functional)
• Implement associated test and measurement equipment
• Execute and monitor tests in collaboration with engineering and design teams
• Analyze test results, write reports, and propose corrective actions
• Participate in the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and equipment

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent, ideally specialized in aeronautics, embedded systems, or instrumentation
• Strong knowledge of aeronautical systems (mechanical, electrical, or avionics)
• Mastery of ground testing and instrumentation means
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as ARINC, CAN, and Ethernet
• Proficiency in technical and professional English
• Ability to write clear and structured test plans and reports

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in ground testing or system validation
