Avionics Boards Manufacturing (f/m)

Responsibilities

• Drive the control of electronic boards according to the IPC-A-610 standard by analyzing AOI and RX control reports
• Perform repair and retouching of boards in operation following IPC-7711/7721 standards
• Handle component replacement and operate automated industrial equipment for complex components (BGA type)
• Master classic wiring tools including soldering irons and binoculars using both lead and lead-free processes
• Ensure full traceability of operations in SAP and WAS systems while respecting ESD, cleanliness, and environmental rules

Requirements

• Academic background in electronics (vocational level or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of experience in electronic card repair within an industrial environment
• Solid command of IPC-A-610 and IPC-7711/7721 standards
• Ability to work shifts (day/night) to support production goals
• High precision, natural rigor, and meticulousness

• Knowledge of lead-free technologies
