About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and integrate avionics systems and intricate components using strong fine motor skills
  • Inspect products to ensure high-quality production and adherence to industry standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with all safety rules
  • Record and report production data and analyze production reports
  • Support 4th shift hours, which include Monday/Friday (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and Saturday/Sunday (10:00 PM – 10:00 AM)
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes to address safety, production, and quality

Requirements

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting
  • Ability to operate production machinery and tools effectively
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and standards
  • Strong fine motor skills, coordination, and dexterity
  • U.S. Person status (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status under asylum/refugee status)
  • Ability to work mandated overtime and specific shift schedules

Preferred Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to analyze, incorporate, and apply new information and concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify key information
