Aviation Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming flight requests in the Goodwin platform and take ownership of closing them quickly
• Call aircraft operators to confirm availability, gather detailed quotes, and clarify trip requirements
• Build real relationships with operators to ensure trust and reliable follow-up
• Negotiate pricing and terms to help brokers close business
• Prioritize urgent requests with sound judgment in a fast-moving environment
• Maintain clean, accurate notes for brokers and teammates
• Collaborate with sourcing teammates and guest services on complex trips

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a high-energy, customer-facing role (hospitality, restaurants, retail, etc.)
• Ability to work in person at our Columbus, Ohio office five days per week
• Must live within approximately 40 minutes of the Columbus, OH airport
• Availability to work scheduled shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m., including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Full confidence spending most of the day on the phone
• Strong problem-solving instincts and ability to stay organized under pressure
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
