Aviation Claims Handler (Apprentice)

Responsibilities

• Manage aviation claims involving material damage and bodily injury for the Sports Federations portfolio
• Handle client accounts by instructing files in compliance with internal and external regulations (Solvency II, compliance)
• Analyze technical and legal aspects of claims against subscribed guarantees
• Evaluate financial reserves and propose appropriate compensation amounts
• Select and coordinate with experts and lawyers to manage specific claim needs and costs
• Analyze technical and medical expert reports to assess damages
• Process claim settlements and exercise subrogation rights where applicable
• Maintain regular file reviews and update reserves to ensure accurate provisioning
• Participate in service development and internal transformation projects

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree with a specialization in Insurance Law or Transport Law
• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite)
• Strong sense of curiosity, dynamism, and rigor
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a collaborative spirit
• English proficiency is a plus
