Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the structural steel department
• Responsible for production planning, quality, and delivery security
• Ensure compliance with certification requirements according to SS-EN 1090 and ISO 3834
• Drive improvement and development work within production
• Personnel responsibility for the department's employees
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production flow

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing within the steel or workshop industry
• Previous leadership experience or strong potential to take a leading role
• Knowledge of welding, steel structures, and production processes
• Structured and solution-oriented with a strong focus on safety and quality
• Strong communication skills and a desire to develop both operations and employees

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working according to SS-EN 1090 and/or ISO 3834
